Job Description: Process Manager - Infrastructure & Security Project (European Institution).
As part of a strategic project for a European institution, we are looking for an experienced Process Manager to support the definition, implementation, and optimization of IT processes in an environment focused on **infrastructure and information systems security. This role is key to ensuring operational consistency, compliance, and efficiency, in alignment with ITIL best practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Process design & documentation:
- Design, formalize, and maintain clear and structured operational processes aligned with ITIL v3 and ITIL v4 frameworks.
- Collaborate with technical and functional teams to incorporate project-specific requirements.
- Produce accessible and well-structured documentation (procedures, workflows, user guides).
- Deployment & support:
- Lead the rollout of processes across operational teams.
- Conduct training sessions and awareness workshops to ensure process adoption.
- Monitor implementation phases and provide methodological support.
- Continuous improvement:
- Regularly assess the effectiveness of existing processes (KPIs, internal audits).
- Identify areas for improvement and propose actionable plans.
- Stay up to date with ITIL framework evolutions and regulatory requirements.
- Compliance & quality:
- Ensure all processes comply with internal policies, security standards, and institutional requirements.
- Participate in quality audits and contribute to operational compliance efforts.
- Coordination & reporting:
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (infrastructure, security, compliance, support).
- Provide regular reporting on process performance and improvement initiatives.
- Promote a culture of operational excellence and continuous improvement.
Profile & qualifications
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems Management, or equivalent.
- ITIL v3 and/or ITIL v4 certification is mandatory.
- Proven experience in process management within IT environments, ideally in institutional or regulated contexts.
- Solid understanding of IT infrastructure and information systems security.
- Proficiency in process modeling tools (Visio, Lucidchart, BPMN, etc.).
- Strong analytical, communication, and coordination skills.
- Professional English required (minimum B2 level).
