As a Product Owner, you will play a central role in a multidisciplinary team made up of process engineers, business analysts, developers, and a Scrum Master. Together, you will ensure both the functional and technical management of the HR tools essential to performance and effective employee management.
These solutions are used both by all employees (for time and absence management, personal data, etc.) and by specialized HR service center teams (payroll, benefits, and more).
Your responsibilities
- Build the overall product vision and define its roadmap.
- Translate this vision into concrete needs and functional specifications in line with Agile methodology.
- Define and prioritize the content of the Product Backlog to meet business needs.
- Ensure product consistency, delivery quality, and full understanding by the development team.
- Oversee iteration progress and actively participate in Scrum ceremonies (reviews, retrospectives, demos, etc.).
- Make decisions on delivered features and arbitrate when priorities conflict.
- Maintain alignment among all stakeholders around a shared product vision.
Your profile
- Bachelor's or Master's degree.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in product or project management, ideally in an Agile/Scrum environment.
- Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and backlog management.
- Understanding of HR processes (payroll, benefits, etc.) or familiarity with SAP HR is an asset.
- Fluent in French - Dutch - English (required).
