Join a strategic infrastructure transformation program where you will lead the migration from a traditional IT landscape to a hybrid cloud environment built on Microsoft Azure. This role combines cloud transformation, managed service transition, governance, security, and stakeholder management. You will play a key role in preparing, structuring, and driving the successful delivery of a multi-workstream modernization initiative while working closely with IT, security, architecture, operations, and external service providers.
This is a project leadership role where you will own the end-to-end coordination of a major infrastructure transformation.
Take ownership of a high-visibility cloud transformation program
- Define and establish governance structures, project controls, reporting frameworks, and decision-making processes.
- Build and drive the transformation roadmap from mobilization through execution.
- Align business and technology stakeholders around shared objectives, priorities, and timelines.
Lead a complex Azure migration and infrastructure modernization initiative
- Coordinate Azure migration preparation, migration execution, infrastructure modernization activities, and hybrid operating model implementation.
- Ensure seamless sequencing across cloud, on-premises, security, workplace, and collaboration workstreams.
- Maintain a consolidated project plan with milestones, dependencies, critical path management, and delivery priorities.
Drive the transition to a new managed services model
- Act as the central coordination point between internal teams and external service providers.
- Facilitate service transition activities, onboarding, governance setup, operational readiness, and documentation handover.
- Ensure clear ownership, accountability, escalation routes, and delivery expectations throughout the transition.
Influence decision-making through strong governance and reporting
- Provide leadership teams with concise and actionable project updates.
- Maintain risk registers, dependency tracking, issue management, and decision logs.
- Anticipate blockers early and drive mitigation strategies before they impact delivery.
Support regulatory and compliance-driven initiatives
- Coordinate technical, architectural, security, and operational inputs required for outsourcing and regulatory documentation.
- Work closely with technology and business stakeholders to ensure alignment with compliance and operational resilience requirements.
- Ensure governance processes support auditability, service continuity, and risk management objectives.
Deliver lasting impact
- Ensure smooth operational handover and service readiness.
- Drive testing, transition-to-run activities, and documentation quality.
- Leave the programme with clear delivery visibility, structured governance, and actionable next steps.
Experience
- 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager
- Strong background delivering Azure migration programmes, cloud transformation projects, or hybrid infrastructure modernisation initiatives.
- Proven experience leading projects involving multiple workstreams, external providers, and complex stakeholder environments.
- Track record managing managed services transitions and IT operating model transformations.

- Good understanding of regulatory, security, audit, resilience, and service continuity requirements.
- Familiarity with outsourcing governance, cloud risk considerations, and compliance-driven technology programmes.
