A technology-focused company operating in the European Institutional sector is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee strategic projects for major Institutional clients. The Project Manager will ensure the successful execution of initiatives delivered under strict SLAs, working closely with customers, Technical Managers, and under the CTO.

Your responsibilities
- Foster strong and long‑lasting relationships with clients by ensuring clear communication and consistent follow‑up
- Take ownership of project execution from initiation to completion, including contractual oversight, timeline control, deliverables validation, risk anticipation, and budget efficiency.
- Coordinate and supervise external suppliers, subcontractors, and technical partners
- Prepare comprehensive project reports and present progress updates to both internal stakeholders and customers.
- Organise workload distribution and schedule the human resources required throughout the project phases.
- Lead project meetings, ensuring decisions, action items, and open points are properly documented and tracked.
- Produce and maintain essential project documentation, such as:
1 Management, risk, implementation, and operational plans
2 Progress summaries, meeting notes, and supporting follow‑up documents
- Participate in drafting proposals and supporting materials for tenders and procurement procedures
- Demonstrate adaptability when facing evolving priorities or newly assigned topics
- Operate autonomously while contributing effectively within cross‑functional teams
Required skills for this role
- You have at least 10 years of experience as Project Manager in data management.
- You have strong experience of interacting with external clients, subcontractors, and external partners, rather than having worked exclusively in internally focused environments.
- You have a strong understanding and experience in different project management methodologies and standards.
- You have excellent organisational and communication skills.
- You are fluent in English (C1) and in French.
