The public service broadcaster Média de Service public 100,7 is seeking a dedicated individual to support staff with day-to-day IT needs and, together with their System Engineering Team, ensure a stable, high-performance, and reliable IT infrastructure.
MSP 100,7 produces the Radio stations Radio 100,7 and Opus and operates its own independent IT
infrastructure.
Your tasks
- First & second-level support for our users
- Maintenance of Windows workstations, Linux systems, and IT peripherals
- Support during technical interventions, installations, and preventive maintenance
- Administration and further development of our application landscape
- Documentation of processes and contribution to the optimization of our IT services
Your profile
- IT training or comparable practical experience in IT support
- Good knowledge of the Microsoft environment, Windows, and Linux
- Service-oriented, reliable, and able to work independently
- Good communication skills and an interest in digitalization and modern IT solutions
- Understanding of Luxembourgish is mandatory; good speaking and writing skills are considered an asset
