Responsibilities include managing external user access through dedicated tools, maintaining DNS aliases via EfficientIP, and performing level-1 to 1.5 incident analysis and troubleshooting. The position involves monitoring services and applications using Elastic/Kibana and Nimsoft, overseeing Red Hat server health, and handling file or machine restorations.

· Familiarity with Jahia.
