Rime IT - IT Helpdesk Support



Our client, a financial company, is looking for an IT helpdesk Support profile for their new site in Limerick in Ireland. You will work the first month in their Luxembourg office for training purposes before being based in Limerick (our client would undertake the lodging and travel). After the initial period in Luxembourg, you will have an Irish full-time permanent contract with our client.





Here are more details with regard to the profile expected:

  • Good at troubleshooting and analytical skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office suites (including Outlook)
  • 1-3 years' experience in Service desk environment
  • Basic Network and WiFi knowledge
  • Knowledge of Citrix Remote Desktop and Jira is a plus
  • Ability to multitask and to work independently
  • Strong team spirit, will be alone On Site (for IT) as the team and manager will be based in Luxembourg
  • Ability to clearly and concisely communicate technical information to non-technical users
  • Fluency in English
