Your Day to Day
· Supporting users and stakeholders in gathering needs and translating them into clear, actionable requirements;
· Participating in workshops to define business processes and project scope, working closely with project leads;
· Writing structured functional and technical specifications for system evolutions and fixes;
· Executing test plans, including integration and user acceptance tests, and ensuring delivery quality;
· Managing and prioritizing requests related to application corrections and enhancements;
· Providing level 2 support when requests require business expertise or non-standard resolution paths;
· Maintaining up-to-date documentation for both business processes and technical components.
Your profile
· University degree in a technical or scientific discipline;
· At least 10 years of experience, including with interface/integration projects and application support;
· Recent experience (minimum 2 years) in Front Office-related environments, ideally in wealth management or asset management;
· Strong command of SQL and good understanding of data flows;
· Familiarity with order management processes and position tracking in financial systems;
· Good overall knowledge of financial instruments, banking, and insurance products;
· Fluent in English (spoken and written);
· Known for your autonomy, structured mindset, curiosity, and ability to communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
