SENIOR FUND MIGRATION PROJECT MANAGER - LUXEMBOURG
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end fund migration and conversion projects, from planning through implementation and post-migration stabilisation.
- Manage complex fund lifecycle events, including migrations, administrator transitions, launches, mergers and liquidations.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams across fund administration, transfer agency, custody, middle office, fund accounting, technology and operations.
- Oversee data readiness, data validation, reconciliation, testing, cutover and go-live activities.
- Manage project governance, including project plans, migration roadmaps, RAID logs, dependency tracking, runbooks and status reporting.
- Act as a key point of contact for senior stakeholders, clients and external service providers.
- Identify, manage and escalate project risks, issues and dependencies.
- Lead working groups and steering committees and provide clear updates to senior stakeholders.
- Contribute to the standardisation and continuous improvement of migration processes and delivery frameworks.
Requirements
- 5-10+ years of experience in project or programme management within financial services, asset servicing, fund administration or investment management.
- Proven track record delivering complex fund migrations, conversions or other fund lifecycle projects.
- Strong understanding of fund administration and asset servicing operating models.
- Experience with data validation, reconciliations, testing, cutover and operational readiness.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, including experience with senior stakeholders and external service providers.
- Strong governance and reporting capabilities.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- French and/or German would be an advantage.
- PMP, PRINCE2, AgilePM or equivalent project management experience would be advantageous.
