We are looking for a Senior Expert Project Manager SAP CO and SAP FI/CA (Fines Management) to lead complex projects within the SAP S/4 HANA environment. You will be responsible for the full project lifecycle - from initiation to closure - ensuring delivery on scope, time, budget, and quality.
Main Responsibilities
As an experienced Project Manager within the ERP & Corporate Services (ECS) team, you will:
- Lead the implementation of SAP CO, FI/CA, and SAC projects (Financial Planning & Budgeting, Fines Management).
- Guide project teams by providing your deep functional and technical SAP expertise.
- Organize and facilitate workshops and meetings with stakeholders.
- Manage project planning, budget, resources, and risks.
- Monitor project performance and progress while maintaining clear communication with all stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with project management standards and methodologies (PM², PMBOK, PRINCE2, Agile).
Profile
You are a seasoned SAP Project Manager, results-oriented, able to unite teams around common goals, and confident in leading complex technical discussions.
Required skills and experience:
- Minimum 10 years of hands-on experience with SAP CO.
- Over 10 years of experience managing SAP FI and CO projects.
- Proven project management experience in SAP FI/CA and CRM, particularly in Fines Management.
- Strong financial process knowledge and change management experience.
- Experience working within the public sector (railway industry experience is a plus).
- Solid understanding of the SAP S/4 HANA ecosystem and multi-module integrations.
- Excellent command of Dutch, French, and English (written and spoken).
