IT Support Technician (full-time)
The public service broadcaster Média de Service public 100,7 is seeking a dedicated individual to
support staff with day-to-day IT needs and, together with their System Engineering Team, ensure a
stable, high-performance, and reliable IT infrastructure.
MSP 100,7 produces the radio stations Radio 100,7 and Opus and operates its own independent IT
infrastructure.
Your tasks
First & second-level support for our users
Maintenance of Windows workstations, Linux systems, and IT peripherals
Support during technical interventions, installations, and preventive maintenance
Administration and further development of our application landscape
Documentation of processes and contribution to the optimization of our IT services
Your profile
IT training or comparable practical experience in IT support
Good knowledge of the Microsoft environment, Windows, and Linux
Service-oriented, reliable, and able to work independently
Good communication skills and an interest in digitalization and modern IT solutions
Understanding of Luxembourgish is mandatory; good speaking and writing skills are
considered an asset
