We are looking for a Windows Systems Engineer with a strong passion for automation and infrastructure optimization. You will join a dynamic team of 15 system engineering experts who manage a global infrastructure of more than 7,000 servers. This is a large-scale technical environment where expertise, innovation and advanced automation are at the core of our mission. You will play a key role in the evolution and standardization of our IT landscape, with a strong focus on PowerShell, VMware Aria/vRealize Automation, and Windows technologies such as Windows Server and Active Directory.
You will be involved in the design, implementation and maintenance of automation solutions aimed at improving operational efficiency and reducing manual intervention.
YOUR ROLE

Design, develop and maintain advanced PowerShell scripts to automate system
administration tasks.

Deploy, maintain, and optimize VMware Aria / vRealize Automation workflows and
blueprints.

Participate in the administration and evolution of Windows platforms, including Windows
Server, Active Directory / ADFS / GPO, SCCM (Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager).

Contribute to the adoption of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) practices.

Ensure performance, security, and reliability across virtual and physical infrastructure.

Collaborate closely with network, security, and development teams to integrate automation
solutions across the organization.

Support industrialization efforts, migrations, and continuous improvement projects.
YOUR PROFILE
-
Excellent command of Windows Server administration.

Excellent command of PowerShell (scripting, modules, APIs, end to end automation).

Good command of VMware Aria / vRealize Automation (vRA, vRO, blueprints, workflows).
Knowledge of other Aria suite components is considered an asset.

Knowledge of virtualization technologies (VMware vSphere).

Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (IaC), CI/CD applied to automation, REST APIs, and
system integrations

Experience with Azure, Terraform, GIT and Ansible is considered an asset.
