We are currently looking for an IT Technology Architect - Microsoft 365 to strengthen the Cronos Europa team.

The role is part of a Microsoft 365 digital workplace programme, focused on the modernisation of a corporate intranet and the migration of existing content to SharePoint Online and related M365 services.

The project follows an agile, sprint-based approach and covers architecture design, development, migration tooling and technical quality assurance.

  • End date: December 2026

Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to the technical architecture and design of a Microsoft 365 intranet solution
  • Translate architecture decisions into concrete technical designs and implementations
  • Develop and configure intranet components using M365 out-of-the-box features and custom solutions (SPFx, Power Platform, APIs)
  • Support Azure components required for integrations with external systems
  • Participate in Agile activities: backlog refinement, estimations, sprint planning and delivery
  • Ensure solutions are aligned with security, performance, accessibility and governance standards
  • Support migration tooling, testing, validation and controlled migration waves
  • Perform technical quality reviews and support knowledge transfer and documentation

Profile:

  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Engineering or equivalent experience
  • 8+ years of experience in the same position / 10 years of experience in IT
  • Strong experience with Microsoft technologies, especially M365 / SharePoint Online
  • Experience on complex web platforms, portals or intranet solutions
  • M365 certifications are a plus
  • Fluent in English
  • Proactive, team-oriented and comfortable in complex technical environments
