We're looking for an experienced TechOps IT Expert / Project Manager with a strong technical background and excellent coordination skills to oversee infrastructure initiatives in a hybrid work setup.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate technical teams across Windows, Citrix, and software packaging domains
- Lead and deliver IT infrastructure projects using established methodologies and tools
- Support problem-solving efforts and maintain high-quality service levels
- Collaborate effectively within cross-functional and multicultural teams
Required profile
Experience & education
- Minimum 6 years of experience in IT infrastructure and project coordination
- Bachelor's degree in IT
- Certifications in Windows, Citrix, or packaging technologies are a plus
Technical skills (mandatory)
- Strong general IT background, including Windows and Linux Servers
- Hands-on expertise in Citrix and software packaging
- Solid knowledge of Office 365
Technical skills (preferred)
- PowerShell scripting
- Understanding of networking concepts (no hands-on required)

- Analytical mindset and troubleshooting skills
- Team-oriented with strong communication capabilities
