Your Role:
You are responsible to manage the successful implementation of company's products within the project plan and in accordance with the company's methodology and client's business objectives. You take the leadership in project planning, resourcing, progress reporting, project team management, troubleshooting and maintain the good customer relations.
Your Key Responsibilities :

Lead and manage internal and external IT projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring alignment with business objectives and client expectations.

Coordinate and optimize project resources, timelines, and deliverables across multiple stakeholders and technical teams.

Maintain full ownership of project budgets, forecasting, cost control, and financial reporting.

Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, and Service Delivery teams to ensure clear visibility on project pipelines and ongoing initiatives.

Define project scope, objectives, and success criteria while ensuring strict scope management throughout the project lifecycle.

Drive change management processes and educate clients on formal change request procedures for any scope deviations.

Provide senior management, Sales teams, and Team Leads with accurate and meaningful reporting on project status, risks, KPIs, and performance metrics.

Develop, implement, and automate KPI reporting tools and dashboards to improve project governance and operational efficiency.

Take ownership of strategic initiatives and operate with a high degree of autonomy and accountability.

Ensure all technical and project documentation complies with company standards and best practices.
Your Skills :

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related IT-oriented diploma.

Minimum 5 years of experience managing complex IT projects, ideally within an IT services or technology-driven environment.

Strong knowledge of project management methodologies such as PRINCE2, PMBOK, Agile, or Scrum. Relevant certifications are highly valued.

ITIL Foundation certification is considered a strong advantage.

Excellent stakeholder management, customer service orientation, and interpersonal communication skills.

Fluent in English and French; German is an additional asset.

Strong presentation, reporting, and executive communication capabilities.

Highly analytical mindset combined with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and reporting automation.

Ability to perform effectively under pressure while managing multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.

Proactive, solution-oriented, and capable of leading cross-functional teams in fast-paced IT environments.
