We are currently looking for a: User Experience Analysis & Design Specialists to strengthen the Cronos Europa team.
As member of a digital workplace team, you will support the deployment, adoption, and continuous improvement of Microsoft 365 services.
You will play a key role in enhancing end-user experience, driving adoption of M365 tools (Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Copilot, Power Platform), and ensuring that new features are rolled out in a structured, user-centric, and measurable way.
Location: Remote (EU-based)
Assignment: Full-time
Duration: From mid-July 2026 to end of December 2026 (with possible extension
Responsibilities:
- Support end-user adoption of Microsoft 365 tools through communication, training, and best practices
- Create and maintain user documentation, knowledge articles, FAQs and training materials
- Continuously improve user experience based on feedback and support analytics
- Monitor usage and adoption metrics using existing tools and initiate improvement actions
- Analyse user needs and translate them into structured functional requirements
- Coordinate with IT teams to ensure successful rollout of improvements and new features
- Plan and execute change management activities (communication, training, community engagement)
- Provide coaching sessions and ad-hoc support to end-users
- Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT): test case preparation, execution, reporting and follow-up
- Analyse support requests and contribute to structural improvements and process optimisation
Technical skills:
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 ecosystem (Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Copilot, Power Platform)
- Experience in change management and user adoption strategies
- Good understanding of project management and business analysis practices
- Experience in monitoring tools and reporting on user adoption
- Knowledge of testing methodologies (UAT, test scenarios, defect tracking)
- Good understanding of document and information management practices
Profile:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT, Business, Digital Transformation, or a related field
- Proven experience in M365 adoption, change management or digital workplace projects
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to translate business needs into structured requirements
- Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving skills
- Experience in documentation, reporting and presentation
- Ability to work autonomously while being a strong team player
- Fluency in English is required
Nice to have:
- Certifications in project management, change management (e.g. Prosci) or business analysis
- Experience with user acceptance testing and requirement gathering
- Product management exposure
