We are currently looking for an "Workplace Security Spécialist with expertise in Security Assessments" to strengthen the Cronos Europa team
Nature of tasks
- Conducting security risk assessments in Digital Workplace context
- Diagnose potentially complex security-related and/or identity-related issues,
- Design implement and support effective solutions for mitigating security risks
- Integrating different security technologies in a complex environment.
- Integrating end point security solutions but with knowledge of backend server and network
- infrastructure
- Provision of security studies associated with information system projects
- Security assessments of information systems
- Ensure the confidentiality, integrity and availability of Information Systems
Specific expertise and technologies
- At least 1 years of knowledge of security standards applying to European Commission information systems
- At least 3 years in IT Security Risk Management Methodology, performing risk assessments (Evaluate risks, threats and consequences) based on some known methodology.
- At least 3 years in IT Security Compliance Management of existing IT security policies
- At least 3 years experience in drafting security plans for information systems based on risks assessments.
- At least 3 years managing IT security vulnerabilities.
- At least 3 years drafting security policies and contributing to the implementation of the security policy.
- At least 1 years provide expert support to the investigation of incidents.
- At least 1 years of knowledge in ServiceNow or equivalent tool
- At least 1 years of knowledge in Confluence and Jira
Knowledge and (non-technical) skills
- Ability to give presentations
- Ability to apply high quality standards to all tasks
- Ability to participate in multi-lingual meetings, good communication skills
- Capability of working in an international/multicultural environment, rapid self-starting
- Capability and experience in working in a team, understanding the needs, objectives and constraints of those in other disciplines and functions
- Negotiation capability

- Min 4 years experience
- Bachelor degree in IT
- Proficiency on Ansible
- French and English professional
