We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Consultant with solid expertise in Device Management processes within SAP S/4 Utilities. In this role, you will drive the optimization of device-related workflows, helping to reduce process delays and increase efficiency across a complex system landscape.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze and evaluate clarification cases (Klärfälle) within Device Management processes
- Identify root causes of errors and issues, preparing detailed documentation
- Develop solution strategies to both optimize processes and minimize the number of clarification cases
- Provide effective workarounds for existing cases to maintain process continuity
- Design scalable solutions for clarification case handling (e.g. automation concepts, IT enhancements)
- Assess the potential of AI in managing clarification cases
- Perform regular clean-up and mass resolution of clarification cases in the system
Your Profile
- Strong ability to quickly understand and navigate complex process flows
- Experience in Device Management processes within SAP IS-U; knowledge of S/4 Utilities is a strong advantage
- Familiarity with device-related processes at grid operators is beneficial
- Proven background in managing device exchanges and related tasks in SAP IS-U/S4
- Analytical, solution-oriented mindset with excellent problem-solving skills
