We are currently seeking a Product Marketing & Customer Success Coordinator to join a dynamic team dedicated to enhancing customer engagement, supporting product launches, and building a strong user community in a collaborative environment. As a Product Marketing & Customer Success Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in fostering effective communication, driving customer satisfaction, and supporting the growth of our services. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement strategies that ensure customers are well-informed, excited, and continuously satisfied.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively manage customer relationships, ensuring users fully understand and effectively leverage our services.
- Build and maintain active user communities, gathering ongoing feedback to improve customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate communication strategies for new features and product releases.
- Develop clear, consistent, and compelling product messaging, positioning, and value propositions.
- Support user interviews, focus groups, surveys, and qualitative/quantitative research to understand customer needs and identify growth opportunities.
- Ensure customers and internal stakeholders are well-informed and prepared for upcoming product updates and feature rollouts.
- Support go-to-market (GTM) strategies for feature launches, working with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth releases and market readiness.
- Coordinate the creation and distribution of release notes, product announcements, newsletters, and customer communications.
- Organize and facilitate regular customer engagement sessions to drive adoption and loyalty.
- Plan and conduct training and onboarding sessions for customers regarding new product features and major updates.
- Regularly track changes in the product roadmap and ensure documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
Required Qualifications:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong understanding of how to design and implement strategic product/service marketing campaigns and go-to-market plans.
- Experience with customer product enablement initiatives.
- Ability to collaborate effectively across departments and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Familiarity with market research techniques and tools.
- Experience with community management and customer feedback management.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently to produce high-quality work.
- High degree of customer empathy.
Requirements:
- EU Citizenship required.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken) is essential. Additional proficiency in other European languages is a plus.
