What you'll do
Own the program vision:
- Manage end-to-end program execution: scope, priorities, risk, success metrics, and budgets
- Align with business leaders, IT Portfolio Managers, and PMO to ensure strategic fit
- Build and lead effective governance frameworks, including steering committees
Communicate with impact:
- Keep stakeholders, executives, and PMO informed with regular, transparent updates
- Lead strategic discussions and decision-making during steering committee meetings
Lead and inspire:
- Mentor and guide Project Managers within your program portfolio
- Coordinate internal and external resource planning and drive performance
- Create a collaborative, solution-oriented team culture
Deliver with excellence:
- Ensure timely, high-quality delivery of program goals
- Navigate changes, manage budgets, and resolve conflicts with finesse
- Smoothly transition deliveries into Operations and Support
What you bring
- Master's degree (or equivalent experience) in IT, Business, Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum 7 years in IT project or program management
- Strong command of methodologies like Prince2, PM², MSP
- Proficiency in Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, etc.)
- Proven skills in budgeting, resource management, and team leadership
- Fluent in French, Dutch, and English
- Strong stakeholder management, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills
- Familiarity with GDPR, IT risk, and compliance practices is a plus
- Bonus: Experience with Microsoft Dynamics or incident management systems
