We are looking for a motivated Test Manager to join a dynamic team. Tasks
- Design and execute test plans for banking IT integration scenarios.
- Develop automated and manual test cases for APIs, data flows, and user interfaces.
- Validate data migration and transformation processes between legacy and new systems.
- Perform regression, performance, and security testing across environments.
- Collaborate with developers, analysts, and business stakeholders to define acceptance criteria.
- Ensure compliance with banking regulations and internal QA standards.
- Document test results and contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes.
Deliverables:
- Test Strategy & Governance: Define testing goals, methodology, priorities, and establish governance structures.
- QA Standards & Documentation: Apply and enforce QA guidelines throughout the testing lifecycle.
- Test Execution Oversight: Monitor testing activities, track progress, and manage the defect lifecycle.
- Infrastructure & Automation: Provide and maintain test environments, frameworks, and data management tools.
- Cross-Cluster Coordination: Align and coordinate QA efforts across different project clusters.
Profile
- Level: Medior
- Proven experience in QA testing within banking or financial services IT projects.
- Strong knowledge of system integration, data validation, and test automation.
- Hands-on experience with tools such as Selenium, Postman, Jira, Azure DevOps (or similar).
- Understanding of banking workflows, compliance requirements, and risk-based testing.
- Excellent analytical skills with high attention to detail.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills across cross-functional environments.
- ISTQB certification (or equivalent) is a strong plus.
