Your day-to-day
- Participate in the design and implementation of technical solutions for evolutions on the Solife insurance platform
- Ensure corrective and adaptive maintenance of the Solife system and its interfaces
- Coordinate technical analysis phases with all relevant stakeholders (internal IT teams, Business Analysts, external editors, etc.)
- Draft detailed technical specifications and maintain all necessary documentation
- Conduct configurations, customizations, and tests within Solife (Groovy scripting, SQL queries, and standard settings)
- Support the resolution of incidents and production issues within defined service levels
- Deliver technical packages, test plans (functional and technical), and document all changes and updates
- Collaborate within a dynamic IT team focused on life insurance systems
Your profile
- Prior experience in the life insurance sector, ideally in a Luxembourgish context
- Strong understanding of insurance contract lifecycle and related business processes
- Excellent communication and documentation skills; able to gather and analyze needs accurately
- Solid troubleshooting capabilities and proactive problem-solving approach
Essential technical skills
- Solife platform experience (mandatory)
- Groovy scripting
- SQL
- Web Services: SOAP / REST, use of Postman
- Java development
- Oracle database
- Tools: Jira, Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel)
