Project Manager - Network Security & segmentation
Position overview
We are looking for a highly skilled Project Manager to lead and manage a strategic initiative focused on enhancing network security and implementing segmentation solutions. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in alignment with the organization's security objectives.
Key responsibilities

Project leadership:
Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of projects focused on network security and segmentation. Ensure that all aspects of the project adhere to governance frameworks and business objectives.

Stakeholder engagement:
Serve as the main point of contact between technical teams, business units, and external partners. Facilitate effective communication to ensure alignment on project goals.

Full project lifecycle management:
Manage all phases of the project lifecycle, from requirements gathering to final implementation, ensuring smooth integration of security solutions.

Project organization & monitoring:
Propose a validated project structure, coordinate resources, and track progress to meet predefined objectives and deadlines.

Budget & planning control:
Monitor and control project budgets and timelines using project management tools such as Clarity/Workbench.

Workshops & requirements validation:
Organize workshops to define and gather technical requirements, ensuring alignment with business needs and validating deliverables.

Committee oversight:
Lead and organize Steering Committees and provide consistent reporting on the project's progress and performance.
Technical and functional environment

Hardware: Standard office PC setup

Software: Office Suite, Clarity/Workbench, QlikView, Jira

Project Management Tools: Proficiency in Clarity/Workbench, Jira, and QlikView for tracking project status and managing resources
Expected deliverables

Maintain detailed project schedules, ensuring all deadlines and objectives are met.

Provide regular reports, meeting minutes, and updates to stakeholders and senior management.

Define and monitor KPIs to evaluate project performance and deliverables.
Qualifications

Industry Experience: Proven experience managing projects, preferably in sectors like Finance, insurance, or telecommunications.

Technical Knowledge: Strong background in network security, segmentation, and infrastructure management.

Language Requirements: Fluency in both French and English.
