- Support ticket classification
- Re-prioritization, User clarification
- Password reset
- Response to user queries based on known error database
- Ticket escalation to the next level of support (aka external providers)
- Issue analysis
- Identification of bug and the workaround
- Response to functional queries
- Understanding & analysis of user requirement for minor enhancements
- You have working knowledge of SQL Databases & basic network configuration
- Working Knowledge of IT Software
- Able to learn and master employer-specific software
- Complex problem solving
- Written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to diagnose & address application issues
