As member of the content management and stakeholder coordination team, you will contribute to the creation, review, and optimisation of online content aimed at citizens and SMEs. You will work closely with policy owners, analysts, and multiple internal and external partners to ensure high‑quality, accurate, and user‑friendly information delivery across a wide range of policy areas.
Responsibilities
- Definition of information areas to be covered
- Preparation and collection of source material
- Preparation of editorial content
- Management of policy and stakeholder contacts
- Development and maintenance of selected sections of the CMS back‑office
- Coordination and review of public content
- Reporting of issues, bugs, omissions, etc.
- Resolving stakeholder complaints quickly and efficiently
- Creating and enforcing plans that help meet the needs of stakeholders
- Assistance with link‑health maintenance
- Interaction with business analysts, policy owners, information providers, national coordinators, customers, users, project leaders, webmasters and other team colleagues
Profile
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT, Business Management, or a related field
- Ability to analyse complex issues and develop effective solutions
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluency in English is required; French is a strong asset
Technical skills:
- Very good knowledge of online content creation, management and publishing
- Very good knowledge of markup languages such as HTML
- Excellent knowledge of English (reading, writing, level C2)
- Knowledge of customer relationship management practices and tools
- Ability to analyse, summarise, and draft efficiently and fast
- Ability to give business and technical presentations
- Ability to apply high quality standards
- Ability to cope with fast‑changing technologies used in online content management, online publishing, and social media
- Very good communication skills with technical and non‑technical audiences
- Strong analysis and problem‑solving skills
- Capability to write clear and structured documents
- Ability to participate in technical meetings with strong communication skills
