Cronos International - IT Security Officer

Mission

  • Raise security awareness and train staff (internal and external)
  • Coordinate all activities related to access management process for technical accounts
  • Manage operational security incident and implement countermeasures
  • Design, implement, and maintain security countermeasures
  • Contribute to the IT asset identification (information, applications, systems, human resources, infrastructure) and determination of their value for the client and for potential intruders
  • Manage security risks in collaboration with the CISO, apply the policies published by CISO
  • Identify vulnerability concerning IT assets and implement countermeasures
  • Identify & analyse threats (internal/external, accidentally/intentionally)
  • Define, implement, and maintain an operational security policy
  • Provide feedback and remarks on the preparation of the security policies.
  • Perform for continuous operational security audits
  • Report and process requests related to GDPR activities
  • Coordinate and report the patch management for all the IT infrastructure systems
  • Manage password Vault application
  • Cooperate and collaborate with the other security services
  • Manage the document repository for the security department
  • Document operational procedures, draft technical content for knowledge database
  • Highly autonomous.

 

Skills

  • Experience in the IT Infrastructure and Datacentre services areas
  • Knowledge of security at the enterprise level - infrastructure, database and third-party integration
  • Demonstrated understanding of information security concepts, standards, practices, including but not limited to Firewalls, intrusion prevention and detection, TCP/IP and related protocols
  • Strong understanding of TCP/IP, subnetting, routing, access control lists, Firewalls, VPN, and NAT
  • Proven ability to thrive and respond to the frequent demands of multiple constituents, both internal and external, in a customer centric manner and high demand environment
  • Demonstrated ability to learn new technologies quickly and how they might positivity impact the business
  • Demonstrated understanding of the access management process
  • Safety management
  • Adhering to regulatory and/or compliance requirements
  • ITIL foundation certification
  • Certifications in CISM, Data Center expert
  • Availability to work outside normal working hours in case of urgent activities
  • Candidates with certification in information security (CISSP, CSSLP, CCFP, CISM, etc.) or comparable work experience will be given preference
  • Ability to participate in multilingual (EN and/or FR) meetings
  • Good writing and communication skills
  • Excellent verbal and written English and/or French language skills and a good command of others. There may be a certain flexibility in this requirement, but limited to particularly suitable candidates who may not yet be proficient in French. If selected, such candidates will be hired on the condition that they build up a rapid knowledge of French.
