Mission

  • Managing the daily operational
  • Coaching and managing people
  • Facilitating communication within the service desk

 

Tasks

  • Managing the daily operational:
    • Being an active member of strategy decision
    • Having a strong feeling for technical contents and business impact of projects
    • Being responsible for phone switchboard
    • Organizing resources assignation
    • Managing crisis situation
    • Managing DRP situation
    • Validating timesheets
  • Team management:
    • Planning validation
    • Ensuring respect of working rules (punctuality, hygiene, clean desk policy, respect...)
    • Providing professional positive or negative feedback to agents (motivation & discipline)
    • Conflict management
    • Preparing and managing the review's teams
    • Following the career of the members of team
    • Acting as a point of contact for your team
    • Taking part in salary increase decision
  • Communication:
    • Escalating information to different interlocutors
    • Facilitating communication process within the service desk

 

Your profile

  • IT and/or Finance education
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Stress tolerance
  • Ability to work in autonomy
  • Ability to follow up on incidents and to set priorities
  • Service minded and result oriented
  • Enjoy team work
  • Good facilitation and communication skills
  • Problem Solver
  • French (Fluent)
  • English (Fluent)
