One of our client is currently looking for an Office 365 Support Engineer (m/f) to reinforce its team.
As an Office 365 Support Engineer you will be responsible of:
- Implementing, administering and supporting the Office 365 environment;
- Providing Third-line, responsive, end-user technical support, including testing and troubleshooting from problem to resolution;
- Analyzing and communicating issues to IT team and stakeholders for continuous improvement
- Developing and maintaining an accurate user documentation : follow-up on closed incident tickets, consolidate them into an Excel
- Performing ticket/resolution review on weekly basis
- You have an IT Degree
- You have a good experience in Office 365 3rd Line Support
- You have a concrete experience with Domino, OneDrive, Binary Tree and AvePoint migration tooling
- You have a strong commitment to high quality service
- You have good communications skills in French and English
