In this role, you will work in partnership with sales to help customers determine the best technology solutions meeting their business needs in the area of Storage and servers. You will be responsible for:
- Understanding customer requirements, determine the best solutions and effectively communicate the value proposition of those solutions
- Display a strong commitment to developing and maintaining long-term customer relationships
- Recognize up-selling and cross-selling opportunities
- Prepare and provide inputs for technical sections of RFPs/ Rfqs
- Able to prepare and manage technical meeting at customer premise
- Conduct presales presentations.
- Capabilities to develop complex proposal to sustain sales activities
- Minimum 5 years' experience on a similar role
- Good knowledge of IT sector and current IT developments
- Expert in Storage technology (Our Storage portfolio is Eternus, NetApp and Oracle)
- Strong knowledge in Hyper convergence (Nutanix, Ssd, vSAN).
- Knowledge in Cloud (Azure) and open source solution such as OpenStack or OpenShift
- Expertise in developing, establishing, and maintaining professional relationship with customers
- An adaptable individual who works well both collaboratively and independently
- Strong communication skills, fluent in French and English, additional European language will be an asset.
