About the role
- Managing service restoration in case of major incident
- Assessing business impact and urgency, declare major incident and trigger business continuity procedures or disaster recovery as applicable
- Driving the concerning service team involved to identify root cause including well defined corrective
- Providing appropriate reporting and drive resolution working directly with the service operational team
- Maintaining the Incident Management Dashboard and monitoring metrics/KPIs's
- Writing incidents reports
Key Skills & Background
- Experience in managing major incidents
- Experience in analysing and reporting on incident management
- Knowledge of ITIL processes
- ITIL certificate is an asset
- Location: Luxembourg
- Start Date: ASAP
