Join our team as a senior technical expert, where you'll play a pivotal role in delivering Microsoft infrastructure solutions. You'll be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing IT environments while advising on strategic technology decisions and contributing to our innovation initiatives.
Key responsibilities
- Build and maintain robust, secure Microsoft-based infrastructures tailored to client needs
- Deliver responsive and effective technical support, ensuring rapid incident resolution
- Provide strategic guidance to clients on technology choices aligned with their business goals
- Lead infrastructure migration and modernization projects
- Maintain clear documentation and ensure all actions are properly tracked
- Stay ahead of technological trends and recommend improvements and best practices
Technical expertise required
- Deep knowledge of Microsoft technologies: Exchange, Microsoft 365, Azure, Intune, Teams, SharePoint
- Strong background in identity and access management: Entra ID, ADFS, SAML, OAuth
- Proven experience with migrations: email systems, Active Directory, file servers, RDS
- Virtualization platforms: VMware, Hyper-V, Proxmox
- Backup solutions: VEEAM
- Monitoring tools: Centreon
- Networking fundamentals: TCP/IP, DNS, routing, Firewalls
- Automation and scripting: PowerShell, technical documentation
