Our client, an industrial leader in Luxembourg, is looking for its new Helpdesk Technician on a permanent basis.



On a daily basis, your missions are

  • level 2 support for all internal users
  • analyze situations, define the priority level, try to solve the ticket or escalate if necessary
  • follow up and dispatch the support requests with other support levels
  • use remote control (Windows, Citrix, VMware)
  • propose improvements


To succeed in this position, you ideally have

  • at least 2 years of experience in a similar position, preferably in an industrial environment
  • an advanced knowledge of Microsoft environments : Windows 7/8 and MS Office applications, able to give the right parameters to the users
  • an interest in mobile technology (Android, BlackBerry, iPad)
  • a basic knowledge of system and network management, able to give the right parameters to users
  • strong communication skills
  • a knowledge of ITIL procedures
  • a fluent level in English and German, French would be considered an asset
