Mission description - Intervention scope
▪Analyse, understand the project needs and formalize them into a PID: Project Initiation documentation
▪Participating of the solution design
▪Testing the new functionalities & monitor the changes
▪Analysing, testing the new connectivity & swift part
▪To control the changes associated to the project including the reporting
▪Trailer fees analysis and testing
▪NSCC knowledge
▪To provide functional expertise on FA applications (Multi-funds TA and its satellites)
▪Organize and provide documentation to the necessary processes/evolutions to enable the rollout in production.

Software: Pack Microsoft Office
Results expected / Deliverables
▪Support the business & the onboarding project
▪Support all BA for analysis & testing
▪Organize training session on the changes with the stakeholders
▪Evaluate the associated risks and the define the risk limitation
▪Other support as a Business Analyst
▪Knowledge management: produce user guides, and documents to upgrade continuously the knowledge database + Action
Prerequisites / Agreed essential elements
As part of the mission, the non-exhaustive list of prerequisites is as follows:
▪Business: i.e. Transfer Agent Processes I the E2E model incl the reporting part
▪Norms & Process: TA processes, SFTP &swift connectivity, TA reporting + KPI
▪Technical: Multifonds TA, SWIFT, SFTP, Trailer fees, NSCC and TA reporting
▪Functional: Operational expertise in TA ;
▪Technological: Multifonds, Swift, SFTP, NSCC, reconciliations, reporting
▪Language: French / English
