You'll work alongside and learn from the Business Manager, with initial duties including contacting clients, booking meetings, and attending sales calls and meetings. You will quickly develop to become a Senior member of the team, and can expect your role to evolve over time
This role is critical for the sales organization to generate new business by identifying new sales opportunities:
- Research, identify and prospect for new clients (email, cold calling, social reach outs and other creative methods)
- Establish and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
- Identify, define and close business opportunities
- Forecast and track key account metrics
- You have strong interpersonal and communication skills
- You possess outstanding listening, negotiation and presentation skills
- You are interested in IT and innovation
- You strive to reach your goals within a fast-paced and competitive environment
- You are able to translate the needs internally to the Recruitment team
- A previous experience within an IT consulting company is considered an asset
- You speak fluently English, any other language is an asset
