We are looking for a Product Owner with proven experience in delivering digital products for financial services.
As Product Owner, you will be instrumental in shaping the product vision, managing the backlog, and collaborating across technical and business teams to bring impactful solutions to life.
Missions

Define and communicate a clear product vision and roadmap aligned with business goals and emerging technologies.

Contribute to the design and development of cutting-edge digital products leveraging AI, data, and modern software frameworks.

Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, translating complex business needs into actionable product requirements.

Collaborate with designers, developers, analysts, and architects to ensure product cohesion and value delivery.

Manage and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring stories are well defined and aligned with customer and stakeholder needs.

Participate in sprint planning, backlog grooming, and daily stand-ups in an Agile/Scrum environment.

Ensure technical feasibility and scalability of product features.

Work closely with stakeholders across different regions and business units.

Facilitate workshops and requirements gathering sessions with cross-functional teams.

Mentor junior product team members and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
Profile
-
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, or related field

5 years of experience in product development

First experience within financial services

Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and modern product management practices

Technically savvy, with the ability to understand and discuss architecture, APIs, and development workflows

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Fluent in English (spoken and written)

Strategic thinker with a customer-centric mindset, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, international environment
