We are seeking a highly skilled IT Systems Integration, Operations & Support Specialist.

This role is a hybrid of systems monitoring, incident management, and release coordination, requiring hands-on expertise in cloud-based systems and CI/CD pipelines. You will serve as a vital link between developers, architects, and business users to ensure the performance of mission-critical applications.

 

 

Missions

  • Monitor system logs and metrics using tools like CloudWatch or Dynatrace. You will also produce operational reports and statistics via Piwik or BI tools.
  • Handle technical issues following ITIL practices, performing root-cause analysis to prevent recurrence.
  • Manage the full release lifecycle, including reception, validation, and testing of new releases. You will also apply established change-management procedures.
  • Provide 2nd-level technical support to users. This includes troubleshooting functional issues related to HTML, XML, and CSS.
  • Support CI/CD pipelines (Bitbucket/GitLab) and operate systems hosted in cloud environments, preferably AWS.
  • Draft and review functional/non-functional specifications, maintain Linux/Unix scripts, and create JSON queries.
  • Participate in technical working groups and deliver training sessions or system demonstrations to internal teams.

 

Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field (equivalent professional experience may be considered).
  • 5+ years of experience in IT , with a proven track record in system monitoring, log analysis, and functional testing.
  • Previous experience in large-scale public sector or complex IT environments is a strong advantage.
  • Proficiency in Linux/Unix (administration and Shell scripting) and application servers like Tomcat or JBoss/WildFly.
  • Hands-on experience with MySQL, SQL Server, Oracle, or PostgreSQL.
  • Familiarity with AWS, CI/CD tools (Bitbucket/GitLab), and ideally containerization tools like Docker or Kubernetes.
  • Strong understanding of HTML, XML (XSLT, XPath), CSS, and API management (Postman, curl, JSON).
  • Basic knowledge of Java or Perl is required.
  • A calm, structured approach to handling high-pressure incidents.
  • Excellent communication skills to bridge the gap between technical teams (developers/ops) and business stakeholders.
  • High attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining mission-critical platform stability.

  • The pre-qualification interview with our Recruitment Manager
  • Receipt of our salary proposal / exclusivity agreement
  • 2nd interview with our Business Manager
  • Proposal of your application to the client
  • Interview at the client's premises, which can be conducted either by video or in person.
