Your main responsibilities:
- The Onboarding Specialist is to prepare, test, deploy, document and support solutions
- Fully install any products of company and solutions
- Test and troubleshoot products and solutions, remotely or at the customers premises
- Follow up, analyze and reports the status of the installed solutions
- Provide internal or external training
- Document all the steps of an installation
- Provide accurate, valid and complete information
- Provide internal or external
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
Your profile:
- You have at least 1 year of experience in a similar position
- Fluent in English (spoken and written)
- MS Office Mastered (especially MS Excel/outlook)
- Strong TCP/IP network knowledge
- Linux knowledge is considered as advantage
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Problem solving skills
- Organizational Skills
- Excellent communication skills
