Your mission
- As an Advanced Workplace Sales Consultant your mission will be to:
- Striving to build, maintain, and create strong customer relationships
- Handle deep qualifications of customer's opportunities
- Craft a successful sales pitch
- Build and write offers
- Be in charge of pricing negotiation (suppliers and customers)
- Advice on collaboration strategy, act as a consultant
- Liaise with technical departments to ensure an optimal hand-over and project follow up.
Your profile
- You have deep knowledge in
- Microsoft 365 and MS Teams Direct Routing
- MS Teams compatible audio endpoints
- Session Border Controller (ideally Audiocodes and Oracle)
- Video conferencing (systems, platforms and Cloud Video Interop technologies)
- Unified Collaboration : Microsoft and Cisco based
- Compliance Recording
- MS-900 Microsoft Fundamental certification is an advantage
In general your profile
- Bachelor's degree in IT
- Previous work experience in sales, management, account management, or relevant technical experience
- Excellent communication skills; must be a listener, a presenter
- Strong negotiation skills
- Proven results of delivering client solutions and meeting sales goals
- At least fluent in French and English
