Our Tax and Accounting department is growing and we are looking for people who are eager to work in a dynamic and rewarding environment. As part of the Tax & Accounting department (Ecf), the Transformation team works on the optimization of processes and the implementation of new tools to facilitate the day-to-day life of our tax teams as well as ensure high standards service to clients. 



Job Description


As a Business & Process Analyst (m/f), you will:

  • Gain an understanding of our current internal services, clients and stakeholders processes by analysing and mapping them from “As IS” to ”To Be” in order to suggest recommendations to simplify business processes and to implement the related changes;
  • Gather and analyse business needs to turn them into efficient solutions by organizing and leading workshops and interviews;
  • Create, test and execute structured business / use cases documentation;
  • Participate in root cause analysis to recommend appropriate actions to improve productivity;
  • Write and/or sketch Business Process Management specifications;
  • Create clear and concise documentation, user manuals and communication of functional and procedural changes;
  • Monitor and measure the effectiveness of processes to ensure consistent value delivery;
  • Develop complex reporting requested for decision-making;
  • Act as the liaison between business and the project management team; 


Your profile

  • You hold a University degree in Computer Science or in Finance;
  • You have 2 to 7 years of meaningful experience in business process analysis and transformation project
  • An experience in working in the Fund industry and/or fiduciary activity is considered an asset;
  • You have a very strong motivation, as well as an analytical and rigorous mind-set;
  • You are a good team player with great organisational skills, with an analytical and rigorous mind-set, able to meet deadlines, excellent written and oral communication, pragmatic;
  • Following expertise is considered assets:
    • Business and testing knowledge IREB / ISTQB certification;
    • Advanced knowledge on Excel, Word, SQL;
    • PMI certification, Agile foundation, Lean certification;
  • You are speaking fluently English. Any additional language would be an asset.
