We are currently looking for an Application Support Analyst for the trading room of one of our client.
- Level-2 support: detailed diagnostic of the incidents and troubleshooting
- Logs analysis and monitoring
- Users' requests fulfilment
- Users' training
- Coordination with internal and external teams (developers, release managers, etc.)
- Testing new application releases
- Automation of recurrent tasks
- Previous experience in a similar position
- Familiar with banking products & banking applications
- Experience with Kondor+ or Calypso applications is a plus
- SQL & Linux skills are considered as an asset
- A previous practice of the ITIL methodology is a plus.
- Fluency in French with a good command of English
