Rime IT - Application Support Analyst / Ingénieur Support Applicatif

We are currently looking for an Application Support Analyst for the trading room of one of our client.


Main Responsibilities:

  • Level-2 support: detailed diagnostic of the incidents and troubleshooting
  • Logs analysis and monitoring
  • Users' requests fulfilment
  • Users' training
  • Coordination with internal and external teams (developers, release managers, etc.)
  • Testing new application releases
  • Automation of recurrent tasks


Required profile:

  • Previous experience in a similar position
  • Familiar with banking products & banking applications
  • Experience with Kondor+ or Calypso applications is a plus
  • SQL & Linux skills are considered as an asset
  • A previous practice of the ITIL methodology is a plus.
  • Fluency in French with a good command of English
