Rime IT - IT Support / IT Technician

Responsibilities

  • iMac tasks (Install, Move, Add and Change)
  • Preparing and packing of desktop and IT equipment
  • Installing and connecting of desktop and IT equipment
  • Ensuring correct administrative/inventory follow-up
  • Organise delivery schedules
  • Quality control of incoming IT material versus orders
  • Analysis of user requests in the domain of IT acquisitions
  • Assistant in the logistical process of order follow-up and receipt
  • Physical inventory management (stocks)
  • Decommissioning activities

 

Experience

  • 1 to 3 years or more of relevant professional experience
  • Fluent in French and very good command of English
  • Experience in the logistical process of IT goods
  • Highly autonomous
  • Excellent knowledge of all round ICT (Office Suite, Hardware, software, VoIP, connected devices...)
  • Knowledge in Operating Systems for workstations (Windows, Mac OS, Linux);
  • Laptop and Mobile devices basic incident diagnosis capabilities;
  • Very good skills in all of the MS Office applications
  • Knowledge of the use of a ticketing system (ServiceNow is a real plus)
  • An ITIL qualification is preferable but not essential
