IT Helpdesk - Level 2 Support (m/w)
Your major responsibilities
- As IT Helpdesk level 2 support, you are the first point of contact for all internal users of Rotarex team members (worldwide);
- You analyze situations, define the priority level of the request and try to solve most of the issues by yourself;
- You follow up and dispatch the support requests with other support levels and within the Service Level Agreements;
- You use remote control (Windows, Citrix, VMware);
- You are pro-active and able to propose improvements.
- Several years of experience in a similar position in an industrial environment including an extended sense of customer orientation;
- You possess an advanced knowledge of Windows 7/8 and MS Office applications and an interest in mobile technology (Android, BlackBerry...) and are familiar with iPad;
- Good knowledge of system and network management;
- You have a good knowledge of the different OS from Microsoft and be able to give the right parameters to the users;
- You are flexible, able to handle and solve different situations and can deal with stress;
- You have good communication skills and can work well independently as well as in a team;
- Knowledge of ITIL procedures is a plus;
- You are fluent in English and feel comfortable in French and German;
- Your personal organization is based on order and respect for taken commitments.
