Skills & qualifications
- Education:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related field.
- Strong foundations in software development, algorithms and computer science principles.
- Experience:
- Initial professional experience, internship or significant academic projects in software development.
- Personal projects demonstrating a genuine passion for technology and software engineering are highly valued.
- Technical skills:
- Solid understanding of object-oriented programming principles.
- Experience with Java development.
- Knowledge of Spring or Spring Boot is highly advantageous.
- Good understanding of SQL and relational databases.
- Exposure to AWS or cloud technologies.
- Experience with Angular, React or another modern front-end framework.
- Familiarity with GIT, software testing and Agile methodologies.
- Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, Kafka, MicroServices or modern software architectures would be considered a strong asset.
- Languages:
