We seek a SharePoint Administrator to provide level 2/3 support, resolve complex issues, and ensure seamless infrastructure performance.
Responsabilities
- You manage and support a complex SharePoint Subscription Edition farm (3x18 servers).
- You ensure the level 2/3 support with your ability to analyse complex incidents and problems.
- You are responsible of the correct SharePoint Infrastructure Patching (OS and application), and you ensure a technological watch.
- Your collaboration skills allow you to manage and administer the farms and the different applications around it (Antivirus, backups...) with the help of other teams (SharePoint Developers, DBAs...).
- You create, on request (ticketing system), new site collections and maintain the scripts that have been written for the day to day tasks and create new ones if needed.
- You write documentations and procedures and you share your knowledge to level 1 support (Service Desk).
Profile
- Bachelor's degree in IT, or a related field
- Ability to analyze complex issues and develop effective solutions
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluency in English is required, French is a strong asset
Technical skills
Mandatory:
- Expérience with SharePoint 2016 / 2019 / Subscription Edition
- Good knowledge of MSSQL
- Scripting PowerShell + Transact-SQL
- Windows Server
