Experienced Service Desk Agent

Job description
To reinforce our teams, we are looking for an
Experienced service desk agent speaking french & english.
Your main responsibilities
- Mainly in the financial field, you will have to adapt yourself to different situations by using your experience, your knowledge but also your colleagues advice
- Involvement in customer projects will also be expected

More specifically, the following tasks will need to be performed:

- Support on network infrastructure
- Call handling, tracking, dispatching, and escalation
- Monitoring critical systems
- Participation to infrastructure improvement projects
Your profile
- You have at least 2 years experience in a similar position in which you have developed your knowledge in IT products like : Ticketing Tools, MS Windows systems, MS Office (including Outlook), Office 365, Active Directory, SharePoint...
- Fluent in French & English. German and Luxembourgish are an asset.
- Open-mindedness and readiness to work in a multicultural environment
- Strong team spirit and customer orientation
- Very important: given the 24/7 service provided to customers, availability to work nights and weekends is required
- ITIL certification would be a valuable asset
