Je suis à la recherche pour l'un de nos clients d'un profil agent helpdesk.




  • Traitement des incidents et requêtes des agents du client via téléphone ou contact direct
  • Gestion de l'Asset Management



  • 2 ans d'expérience minimum
  • Langues : Maîtrise du français, anglais, (un bon niveau d'Anglais)
  • Connaissance minimale : AD, Suite Office, Citrix (avec un + pour Office 365, MS Teams, SAP,
